What to Expect

Competition Makeup– Flawless long wearing makeup look of your choice that enhances your best features along with a good skin prep because your makeup will only look as good as your skin. False lashes tailored to your desired look are included.

Airbrush Finish– This high definition add on will ensure a sweat proof, humidity proof, flawless long lasting finish to your makeup look without looking caked or dry.

Touchup Kits– Includes touch up powder, powder puff, touch up lip, & mini lash glue. (available for purchase) complementary when you book makeup + hair together.

Competition Hair– hairstyle of your choice (Hair must be clean and dry) NO BLOW DRY and no braided styles. If you have braids already we will gladly style them.

Clip in Hair Extension Install– Must be of good quality real hair and able to take heat. Please contact us if you need recommendations on where to purchase extensions if needed. This is an add-on service.

Men’s Grooming– A ‘no-makeup’ makeup look that focuses on correcting imperfections subtly, ensuring male competitors look like their best versions of themselves. (Face matched to tan along with hairstyling included)

All Services are performed at host hotel either in artists room or your room for your privacy and convenience unless otherwise noted. Please be sure that your getting ready location has ample lighting, chairs, & table space for the artists to set up and work. Natural lighting is best but artists will come equipped with professional lighting as well.

Schedules  will be made and sent out 1-2 weeks prior to show date with the finalized draft no later than Thursday night prior to show date. This is when you will receive your appointment time and location for your services. If there is a scheduling conflict please let us know immediately in order to make sure we have time to make adjustments.

Travel Fees may apply if traveling outside of the Orland and South FL area and will be added to your final balance once a final count of bookings are confirmed.

How to Book 

1. Decide the date you will need makeup / hair services (wether its a competition or photoshoot we got you babe)

2. Decide what services you will be needing from our service menu.

3. Click the Book Now button anywhere on our site to fill out the booking request to request an appointment.

4. We will email you with in 48 hours with our availability along with any questions we may have for you. If you don’t receive a response within 48hrs please check your spam or resubmit your request.

5. Once we have all your details we will send you instructions on how to reserve and secure your appointment. A 50% non refundable retainer is due in order to reserve your date, the remaining balance will be due 1 month prior to your event date. Failure to submit remaining balance 1 month before show date will result in a forfeit of your appointment and you will not receive a schedule.

6. 1-2 weeks prior to your show date you will receive your beauty service appointment time and location on a tentative schedule. Finalized schedules will be sent out no later than Thursday prior to show day.  Please be sure to adhere to your times as we do our best to accommodate our athletes with fair scheduling. Any scheduling conflicts must be communicated  to us immediately by email to info@flexbeauty.co to ensure we have time to adjust schedules.

7. If you have a request for a specific artist please note that on your inquire and we will do our best to pair you with your preferred artist. In the event your preferred artists is not available we will book you with one of our talented team members who we trust that you will love just as much.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • When should I book my make up and hair for my competition?  We highly recommend booking your beauty services for your competition, no later than two months prior to your show day. We do accept last minute bookings for an additional fee, and it is based on availability. 
  • Do I need to pay the full balance in order to reserve my appointment for a competition? At the time of booking, we require a 50% nonrefundable retainer. Your remaining balance is due one month prior to your show day. Failure to pay your remaining balance one month prior to show day your appointment may be forfeited and you will  not receive the beauty service schedule. 
  • What happens if I need to drop out of a show? We understand things happen and you may need to drop from a show. You must let us know two months prior to your show day so that we can honor a one time courtesy reschedule. If you notify us 1 month or later prior to show day you will forfeit your paid balance. No exceptions. Any reschedules must be done within the same calendar year if not, it will be forfeited. Appointments cannot be transferred to another competitor. 
  • What happens if I’m late to my appointment? We give a 15 minute grace period for anyone who is running a little behind. We strictly enforce our beauty service schedule times. If you arrive past 15 minutes from your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be forfeited. We will not be rushed and compromise our quality if you are running late nor will we run your appointment over into another competitors. In the event that we have a time gap, or time at the end of our appointments we may move your appointment to a later time and notify you of open availability. 
  • Do you offer services for male bodybuilders? We offer men’s grooming a no make up make up look that focuses on correcting imperfections subtly, ensuring male competitors look like their best versions of themselves ( face match to tan along with hairstyling included and)
  • What should I bring to my appointment? All we need is your beautiful clean face, clean dry hair/clip in hair extensions (if receiving hair services), your robe and/or bikini, and a great attitude! All of our makeup services include lashes. 
  • If I have lash extensions do I still need to add lashes?  If you currently have lash extensions, please make sure to have your lashes filled 1 week prior to your show date. If your lash extensions are too sparse on the day of your appointment we will need to apply lashes over your extensions. 
  • Do you offer touchup services? We offer on site touchup services for an additional fee. In addition we also offer touchup kits for purchase if you book a single service and  if you book makeup + hair  you will receive a complementary touchup kit.
